I recently purchased a couch from Melbourne Value Furniture and had a great experience. They offer good quality furniture with a wide range of styles and designs to choose from. The prices are very reasonable, especially for couches. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality furniture at a good price.
It’s a straightforward warehouse setup — no fancy showroom — but that’s where you save. Good range of sofas, dining sets and bedroom furniture at reasonable prices. Quality is solid for the price point, and there were plenty of options in stock. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. If you’re after affordable furniture without the big retail markup, it’s worth checking out.
Worst furniture outlets. Please refrain from buying from here. They sold me brand new sofas which broke in 6 months. Now they trying to play smart that they are not obligated to anything. Ill take this to court. They just messed with a lawyer. No warranty is stated on the invoices. Please be vigilant. They are very sweet when they want to sell but they change when the sale in done. No after service. Please save your money. Buy from somewhere else.
Worst customer service experience and extremely rude behavior from the owner. I ordered and paid for two sofas, one dining table, and one coffee table. However, the owner showed a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude when you try to speak reasonably of have any questions, he talks in circles and avoids accountability.
