Suboptimal customer service. Purchased snowboard boots that don’t fit and while Melbourne Snowboard was able to accept a return and exchange they did not provide sufficient time to return the product which was still in the box. Simple response was they were unable to help. You knocked it out of the park. My Christmas helmet/goggle combo was too small. Ordered a medium from you guys on Boxing Day and you delivered to Perth before departure on 6th Jan.
