Great range of boards, bindings, boots, outerwear and hardware, some of the best prices around too. My interactions with staff have always been positive and they seem genuine in helping find the right gear without being patronising even to noobs and Jerry’s! Overall their love for snowboarding comes through and that’s why I continue to support them. Happy anniversary MSC here’s to another 30 years!
Employee fitted my snow boots I stated they felt too tight the employee then reassured me that they would fit and had to be tight. I have now payed for snow lifts mountain parking permit and lost loads of money on a holiday I can’t enjoy because I was reassured it would fit yet I was sitting on the floor because there was no blood flow to the end of my feet as-well as compressing nerves along the side. Experience has not been great. Staff walking away from helping. No real order to clothes that are apparently online. The range is good and there are some good staff but with no room from a 30 day exchange for items that have never been used (even a couple of weeks out), I would avoid this shop and search elsewhere in Melbourne. They have definitely lost this customer.
Disappointed with the ski service technician (a thin guy wish ash blond hair) with his impatience and attitude towards customer. I recently had my skis serviced, including edge sharpening and rust removal. When I collected them, I noticed there were still visible ca 3cm long thick rust near the tip of one ski both sides, while the rust on the other ski at the same end had been removed much more thoroughly, a huge difference visually.
