Very quick postage and just what I wanted
I bought a set of snow chains and a week later tried to return them as we didn’t end up going to the snow. They were completely unused and still in the original packaging. When I went back to the store, I was told I couldn’t return them “for hygiene reasons,” which didn’t make much sense for a product like this. Very Happy with my recent purchase. Oakley Mod1 Helmet. I had to return a set of gloves due to fitting and these guys promptly sent me a gift card as re-imbursement for the purchase. Very easy to folow instructions if you have to return an item.
Had a great experience at the shop. As a beginner wanting to get my own set up, it was very overwhelming and intimidating choosing the right gear.
