I’ve been seeing Chloe throughout my pregnancy and now post partum, apart from being a ray of sunshine, she is extremely knowledgeable and has a very calming presence. I have been guided over the past several months on how to relax a tight pelvic floor, prepare for labour, resume exercising and have also participated in their Pilates classes, all of which have been tip top. MPPP is worth every penny and I highly recommend for tailored pelvic care.
A positive and very informative appointment with Chloe for my 5 weeks postpartum check. I also had a Telehealth consult with Chloe 5 days postpartum, which was such good value and would highly recommend! The chat made me feel in control and aware of my recovery, plus so many handy tips! I can’t wait to start my Pilates classes and the road back to running! Thank you Chloe :)
