Terrible experience. Please update your opening hours and do not allow any online bookings if your centre isn't going to be open.
I had bad experience at here. It is not professional at all. I went to there for the physiotherapy appointment, the staff have sent me to the GP’s room. At the end the staff said, she is not sure who did the mistake, but I still paid 90 dollars. In general it’s a weirdly place. If it’s happen in a coffee, I will be totally fine about it. But it’s a clinic, how could they be so careless. And rude. She told me something like: have you see the doctor, if you have seen the doctor then you need to pay.
