Booked a week on advance and confirmed for 9am, night before emailed me telling me they will be here 9.30am (no apologies or asking), and then they didn't show up, didn't pick up the phone, i wrote texts and they responded back 1.5 hours later saying sorry won't be there they can do later that morning or the next day. We made sure we had brought down all our furniture (from 3rd floor apartment) before they came. Luckily saved by easy peasy movers. These guys didn't give a damn... terrible experienceย
