My father in law has been in and out of hospital with breathing problems since being in the detention centre for the last 7 months. Only to realise the air conditioners in the facility, including his room are infested with large amounts of mould. NOTHING has been done about it and he is 64 yrs old and suffering everyday in inhumane conditions. Something has to be done to compensate & help this poor man for all he has been dealing with. It’s deeply disgusting and distressing - look at how he’s had to sleep.
There are certain Staff at property that like to play games with our belongings. For years we’ve been told that we can have boxes of food sent in via, Uber, Taxi, Couriers or Aus Post but today and yesterday 17/16-Dec-2024, they would not allow two Courier Companies to drop off one box of food, they are saying that we can only go the Aust Post. 501’s are treated worse in here than we are in prison. One day I pray that God will allow a Royal Commission into this corrupt and inhumane treatment of free Men, Women and Children. ... read more
