Lots and lots of work to be done in this care home. Employ a Manager, then let them do their job! The care home building is lovely and in a great location. Needs a bit of modernisation (interior) however it cannot run on a shoe string!

If i could give zero stars i would. This place isnt fit to look after a goldfish let alone an elderly person. We placed my father inlaw here and i can honestly say it was the worst 3 months of his and our lives. His Life saving Medication was not only missed on many occasions but they failed to order after it had ran out (which resulted in hospital treatment) . Shambolic care home, putting the lives of it's residents at risk. The management staff are completely in-competant. My Step Dad was unfortunately placed here and is lucky to be alive. They have medication sent to a family members pharmacy in Walsall meaning residents go without highly important medication. Not only is this morally wrong, but I'm fairly sure it's illegal!
