I had partially torn my finger pulley and was pretty confused about how I could rehab this and regain strength in my finger, as a rock climber this was incredibly important to me. Saw Matthew Lu for treatment on an A4 pulley injury that was lingering for ages with no relief. After seeing Matt, recovery felt more structured and consistent. He has a very thorough approach that works and gets you back on the wall stronger. Definitely recommend if you feel stuck with finger injures.
