A very thorough physio assessment for my elderly dad and I can't fault the physio who was a great communicator.... however, there's no signage and the receptionist for the shared clinic reception will take a referral and make any appointment with any doctor...and then be really dismissive about organising the completely wrong clinical appointment ("simple mistake, not an issue"). It's hard to know who is to blame for the poor experience at this establishment. Whether it's Melbourne Hand Rehab or Evolve plastic surgery.
