I just bought our family's third ebike from Melbourne Electric Bicycles and I'll keep coming back because they know what they're talking about and have the best brands, and are always happy to let you try before you buy with test rides to make sure you get the right one.
Nathan was very helpful and patient, explaining all the details and differences between the bikes I was most interested in. He didn't push me towards any of the options, rather helped me understand the nuances. Got to take out a couple of different bikes on some test rides too which made things even clearer again. Great spot
