I feel incredibly lucky to have crossed paths and been able to work with Ricky. Ricky helped me uncover old beliefs and patterns that I was not aware were playing out in my subconscious. My anxiety was effecting so many elements of my everyday life, and I needed to find out where the root was coming from for a lasting change. I have a fear of flying that was getting worse over time. I have managed or mismanaged my anxiety by drinking alcohol before and during flights, but recently I had to travel to London and I knew that my previous coping strategies would not work on a long haul flight.
