The two guys who removed the piano were fine but the person I talked to on the phone was unbelievably rude. They changed the time with an hours notice and when I was held up they called me constantly and basically abused me for being later even though I let them know and the other person from the company said it was fine. They also made me pay in cash before they had completed the job, really dodgy. Cheap yes, good customer service… nope
GHOSTED. Agreed a price, date and time for piano room to room move. I messaged the evening prior to confirm again. No response. No show during the time window. I called, left voice message. Sent another text..no response.
They came on time and moved my piano smoothly, without a single scratch, neither on the piano and on the floor
Very good care taken of my pianola. Reasonable price. Friendly service. Recommend the team. Will definitely use them again.
