Lauren and the MAPs team are awesome. Physiotherapy has given my bunnies back their mobility. Highly recommend to all bunny parents whose buns are experiencing stiffness, injury recovery or arthritis. ☆☆☆☆☆
I am so pleased my vet referred me to MAP after Mavi’s cruciate ligament surgery. I know Mavi is in the best hands possible, and Jes is a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable physio who has guided us through her rehab so far. Mavi is so excited to come to the clinic and see Jes and Spring. She was extremely anxious in her first hydro session, to now running up the ramp dying to get in the hydro tank with Spring. Thank you and I hope Mavi continues to strengthen so she can be back to her energetic self again!
THIS IS A REVIEW ONLY REGARDING THE BOOKING SYSTEM IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT 1/5 rating is only for boss Lauren. The many staff we have dealt with over 15 weeks all are 5/5 superstars. Thank you a million. Due to two texts being sent one after the other, one for Physio and one for hydro appointments back to back, I accidentally missed the first text and hence thought second text must be the correct appointment time and thus my diary entry must be wrong. Excellent facility with wonderful knowledgeable staff. Josephine has shown empathy, knowledge and skill while attending to my pup, Winter. Highly recommended
Our boy Marty goes in for physio and hydrotherapy with Jes and the team to help improve movement in his back and hipflex. Marty is usually cautious of new people, but he instantly warmed to Jes and is always so excited to see her. Going in for a session is the highlight of his week. Jes and the team are so kind, caring and take the time to help you understand your dogs treatment needs and what you can do to support their recovery at home. Highly recommend Jes and the team at Melbourne Animal Physiotherapy.
