Seriously other reviewer? ????. Surely a simple phone call would have sorted this out before the review. We have had Stan do our returns for years now. He came highly recommended and we cannot fault his knowledge and professionalism. My parents see him, as do many of their friends. He has an extensive knowledge of ever changing Australian tax law. Seriously? stroll on. I submitted my tax return through Stan at Australian Tax Masters - ( masters??) in October Its now late February and iv had no communications from them. I was advised that the A.T.O may take a couple of months, its now 3. My enquiing email elicited no response after 2 days. Not even an automated generated response - which is the norm these for "professional" business to operate so as to inform the sender that your mail wasn't "lost" or "we did not receive it" et.al.
