If I could rate this firm a minus zero, I would. We were recommended to see Mario Melbourne as he was very knowledgeable and professional! Looking at the reviews, we decided to give him a try to take care of our 2022 returns. He seemed to be ok when my husband and I, and our daughter visited him to do our taxes. He informed us that we probably would owe but he’d do his best. After filing extensions that we didn’t expect, it took him months to eventually file our returns.
