It’s a good place if you like booking an appointment a year in advance to do a simple shopping trip. Which 90% of the population does not have the luxury to do. The clothes produced here are gate keeped to wealthy individuals with a lot of free time.
I love my Melly, we live in Missouri and plan our trips to Colorado around our Melanzana appointment.(it’s turned into an annual pilgrimage) Does it suck having to book an appointment? Kinda but it’s also nice knowing that they are most likely going to have what you want in stock. Love the idea of it being a fair system for people like us who are coming from so far away, Keep on keeping on you guys rock!
This is a must visit. The clothing is hand made on site. The team there is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Don’t forget to make an appointment.
Stupid concept. The majority of there value comes from scarcity marketing rather than quality and customer service.
It’s rather unfortunate that someone traveling from out of state can’t even buy a single item from the “appointment only” section. Had a friend visit from out of state that drove up from the city to hopefully buy something from them. Was greeted with a very fake and seemed to be routine speech which just shut you down every time you asked a question.
