Have been with them for five years. Unless I communicate with my accountant directly there was a lot of inconsistency and lack of followthrough. However, my accountant cost $120/hr (billed in 15 min increments, which increased to 160/hr without notification last year) and charges for all communication. I almost always had to bring her in for even small things, not sure why. Fine. They put a new person in charge of solving my issues but it just doesn't seem to be making sense and she doesn't really have any idea about things ... read more
