I have had chronic lower back for 10 or more years. I've gone to a chiropractor, tried many diffrent massages, and physical therapy that never really relieved the pain or spasms. This is the first time I can remember not feeling back pain, it's been 24 hours and still nothing. I'm very rough on my body and always have been because of my jobs and farm, I will, with no questions be going back for another Thai yoga massage in the near future.
