Melanie is the BEST. She knows her stuff. Have been with her around 25 years or more. Wouldn't go to anybody else. She is a sweet person.
The best I have ever used
Melanie has been doing our taxes for 25 years or better. It's been a challenging couple of years for everyone and we need to show our tax preparers some GRACE! Thank you Chris & Melanie! Hang in there!
The worst experience I’ve ever had. Drop taxes off in the middle of January and after multiple calls all we were told is “if their done we will call you”. I finally just picked up our stuff in June and went to a new tax person. Melanie is very rude, very unapologetic about our taxes never getting done. I don’t suggest nobody use her.
