i wish i had read the reviews before wasting money on $400 dress. I placed order in store and gave them my correct address, but lady at desk sent package to a wrong address and now Melanie is not ready to take responsibility. they literally said we have your money now go figure it out. they are telling me to go to that wrong address and get my package. December 21 2022. I just recently shopped at Melanie Lyne, located at the CrossIron Mills Calgary Alberta. I just wanted to express my appreciation, to such a wonderfully helpful staff and a special thank you to Rima, who assisted me with my purchases.
