Very impressed with my facial with Ida. Ida was very knowledgable and and genuine in her approach and understood my skin concerns and what my skin needed. Looking forward to me next facial with Ida.
I love my facials here, each time my skin has been glowing and people stop me to ask what I use. The products haven’t been an issue for me, delivered in timely manner and I love the samples.
Usually quite a great experience. Can be a little heavy handed with arm massage. I would expect a heated blanket at this price point.
Early Jan 2024, I ordered $600 worth of products from MG (I do note that at the time of order I was aware the items were pre-order. I have previously ordered 'pre-order' items, and they have usually taken about month to be delivered). A month after I had placed the order, I hadn't received an update, so I reached out to the team to get a general status of the order and requested that MG provide an expected dispatch date. Saw some of the bad reviews on Google and felt I needed to say something. I’ve had several facials at Mélanie Grant. The service and experience is always exceptional. Any issues I’ve pointed out with my skin are always addressed and dealt with during the facial leaving me with perfect, soft, even toned, dream skin for weeks afterwards. While these treatments are expensive, they really do go beyond your typical facial with the products and technology they use which to be justifies the cost.
