Just had an amazing hydrating facial with Jyoti. She explained every treatment and product she was using beforehand. She regularly checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and my skin feels incredible and is glowing! Looking forward to my next treatment. Thank you
I just enjoyed my second Hydrating Glow Facial and already have my next one booked. Jyoti is an incredible facialist - I really appreciate how she customises each session to what my skin needs and takes the time to recommend products that work for my skin. The whole experience is super relaxing and I love how my skin looks and feels afterwards.
Booked in for the “Camera Ready” facial with Jyoti and left feeling completely ripped off. A five year old could have given a better facial. To start, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was zero explanation of what products were being used on my skin, and twice she shone a bright light directly in my face without warning, one of them being a red light, which completely killed any sense of relaxation. I’m updating my review due to continued issues.. Despite letting me down twice within a month, cancelling my first skin consultation appt and then again for the skin consultation & facial two weeks later with virtually no notice (after driving just under 2hrs to get there in peak traffic), Matilda went out of her way to apologise in person, gave me free product & a 20 min LED red light treatment (part of my booked facial & skin analysis). Terrible customer service (particularly with a girl named Matilda). Waited over a month for a Xmas present that I ordered weeks BEFORE Xmas and it only arrived today (31 Jan). Will not be returning and will make sure others don’t either.
