I’m updating my review due to continued issues.. Despite letting me down twice within a month, cancelling my first skin consultation appt and then again for the skin consultation & facial two weeks later with virtually no notice (after driving just under 2hrs to get there in peak traffic), Matilda went out of her way to apologise in person, gave me free product & a 20 min LED red light treatment (part of my booked facial & skin analysis). Terrible customer service (particularly with a girl named Matilda). Waited over a month for a Xmas present that I ordered weeks BEFORE Xmas and it only arrived today (31 Jan). Will not be returning and will make sure others don’t either.
Purchased 2 x Victoria Beckham Beauty Satin Kajal Liners ‘Copper’ & ‘Sequin Green’ online through MG Skincare Edit. Easy ordering process and excellent communication (especially from Nina, who let me know about a minor delay with 1 item). Both items received well packaged and intact. The generous selection of samples included in the order were very much appreciated. The VB products themselves are wonderful. Great colours & easy to apply.
