Mel is absolutely brilliant as well as very caring! I've suffered with anxiety, ocd and depression caused from severe complex trauma. I was making very little progress over a long period of time. Melanie has a very non-intrusive approach and has put myself, a 66 year old man on a path that is changing a life long pattern which included some not so favourable "moments".
