Melanie is very easy to work with, especially since we're from out of state and had never met before. Her website provides tons of information and photo examples to showcase her style as well as easy instructions for booking and pricing. Her communication is top notch. Melanie was thoughtful and thorough with all the pre photo details which I really appreciated. She was so patient with my wild littles and got incredible photos I’ll cherish forever because of that. In the end, they blew me away and I had to have all of them. The details she thought of, I never would have. I also really appreciated the transparency about sneak peeks and gallery delivery so I knew when I could look forward to my photos. I cannot wait to work with her for years to come.
Melanie was amazing! Very professional, patient, and kind. Our family photos turned out perfect. She had everyone comfortable, laughing, smiling, and enjoying ourselves the whole time. Melanie Ann Photography did an amazing job for our family photos. She was accommodating, kind, and kept us informed with weather conditions getting worse. She was so great at capturing our family memories of that vacation to CoCo beach. We would absolutely recommend her and use her again.
The photos Melanie took of my family while we were on vacation are STUNNING! The session was super relaxed and it felt like hanging out with a friend even though we’d just met.
