We had a fabulous 2 night stay! We had the camping area to ourselves. Ken was very welcoming. We enjoyed the Homestead tour (and the scones). Ken also took us for a tour of the property, showing us all the work they are doing to regenerate the area. Thank you so much, we would love to come back another time to meet Jo and experience one of her meals!
I came not knowing what to expect. Wow, l was so fortunate to meet Ken & Jo and spend a couple of nights at their amazing station! I could have easily spent a week there! I was immediately greeted by their massive, and friendly, Maremmano station dogs. I arrived at the end of the season, and was the only one staying at their beautiful and massive station. What an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived at Melangata Station Stay, we felt welcomed. The hosts , Ken and Jo, made our stay special, sharing their knowledge, stories, and genuine hospitality. The station itself is breathtaking, with wide open spaces, stunning scenery, and so much history to take in.
