Purchased April 2022 Mel was absolutely incredible. There was not a problem he could not solve. His team however are the most unorganized confused individuals I have ever come across. His Processor Tommy was all over the place missed almost every email I sent and fails to respond to voicemails or emails. Tommy truly lacked care and empathy for his clients.
