The staff at Mekong East Keilor are very caring towards my parents. They are very attentive. I found the nursing team and medical staff very good. Communication is also very good and any issues raised are addressed very quickly. The physiotherapist (John) looking after mum is fantastic.
Heard horror stories about how this place neglected my colleagues mother and blocked out the family from visiting for three weeks before she passed away.
