The lady is so rude and unprofessional has no business doing tax preparation.
If I could leave zero stars, I would this place already on social media has been burned to the ground. How dare one of our blood which I really don’t even wanna claim that they belong to us treat their Latino customers that way saying that they’re going to call immigration you should just permanently close your business because that video where you told that woman off is going viral absolutely disgusting.

I’m a customer for already 5 years and never had a problem and already recommend more than 6 customers that are happy with the service provided well those customers keep going back every year so I’m taking based on that
