If I could give a zero rating I would. What a fraudulent way of doing business. Specifically, Meineke location at 10667 E. Briarwood, Centennial Colorado. They charge you diagnostic cost as a base and then run up the cost with different minor fixes, just to tell you at the end that the problem is the whole part. Now you paying diagnostic cost + fixing a part that does not solve anything and at the end the car is still having the same issue. Not a very good way of doing business. Make sure when you go there, get a full quote, or you will end up paying twice the amount and still don't have your issue fixed. The business model that I encountered is that we don't know how much it will cost, we will keep calling you with different problem and fixes, run up your bill until we figure out what is wrong with it. When you walk- in they have a poster 100% satisfaction guarantee. They don’t guarantee anything, but to run up your bill and provide very bad customer service. Will never take my car to Meineke again and would not recommend it for anybody.
