Emma in the drive-thru pharmacy has been friendly, professional, and efficient every time she's taken care of me. She turns an errand that is usually a pain in the butt into a pleasant experience every time. She's an asset to the team and I hope she's treated as one by her coworkers and her supervisors.
The lines for drivers through are always long
Seems like they are usually understaffed and slow. There is a long line no matter what time of day I go and like others have said, they are slow to fill scripts when they come in from your doctor. Unless you call and ask them to please fill it immediately like I have had to do before. But good luck with that cause they also don’t answer the phones too much! Best time to call them is immediately after they open for the day. Just use a different pharmacy.
