NEVER had bad experience at Meijer. Staff always helpful at Pharmacy and Store for Groceries
Chose this pharmacy since I shop there weekly and it's close to home. They took my new insurance card information, had 2 RX transferred there, When I go to pick up and ask about the costs, I'm told sorry we don't accept your insurance. That would have been nice to know when the pharmacist took my insurance card, put my information in their system. Why not tell me they don't accept it when I 1st inquired?
I really like the new addition, it makes check out a lot faster for the pharmacy drive-thru.
Very rude staff. Every time my husband or myself go to get our prescriptions staff that have been there for as long as I’ve known are rude and very unprofessional. I have worked in the same field they are in before and I never treated my customers like they do. They also have staff that flies through the parking lot driving like a maniac just to get parked and into the store on time. If you can’t be to work before your scheduled time then maybe it’s time to find a different job or schedule. Definitely not somewhere in public... read more
