Every single time I deal with this pharmacy it is an absolute nightmare. Today I was on hold for over 45 minutes — twice — only to be timed out and forced to call back and start over. When someone finally answered, the staff member was rude, short, and argumentative, even trying to argue with me about how long I had been on hold. I went to the ER 72 hours ago. The er sent my 1 script to this pharmacy. After them working on the script for 72 hours and still haven’t been told it was ready. I went there and they told me that it yet again was not ready and they needed until 2 PM. It is 9 o’clock in the morning when I got there. They wanted to do this work at their convenience, which was never once I argued with them they decided to look for the medicine in stock and imagine that it was in stock.
