It seems that I have more issues with the pharmacy in the last few months. Now, supposedly if a doctor sends a prescription after hours via electronic device, they say they won't get it....period. At least that was what they said when my doctor sent in one at 8 AM. I don't understand that at all. It took me 5 days of several phone calls to get my last prescription filled...very frustrating.
This location has been very hit and miss. Some techs are great, some are worse than terrible. Tried to go through the drive-thru last week because my wife & I were very sick and didn't want to spread it. Unfortunately Malika(?) was too lazy to do anything through the drive-thru and told us we had to come inside so we opted to leave. I just called to check on prescriptions, unfortunately Malika(?) answered and was abrupt, rude, and obnoxious over the phone. I wasn't having it and hung up.
