There managing pharmacist (Dave) thinks he’s a doctor. I have a team of doctors who I work with for many years. He had the nerve to call the prescribing doctors and tell them he disagrees with their prescriptions. My doctors have approved the medications while taking into account the drug interaction. He still refuses to fill them. I wouldn’t go there but why should I change pharmacies when I’m in the right. Sone prescriptions are hard to get but they always have them,

The pharmacy in the Kokomo branch are beyond incompetent. They take forever to answer the phone, and when they do, they will immediately say please hold and put you on hold. Before you even get to say anything. They also take an age to fill an order. So slow. When you have finished queuing and have to deal with a member of staff to pay. The process again took forever. I was turned away at Meijer Pharmacy Englewood Ohio by the blad male pharmacist for my Covid 19 booster. I had made appointments for my friend, my husband and myself to get J&J Boosters on 1-5, 1-6 and 1-7. They both got their boosters with no issue but I was refused by the pharmacist who seemed to have an alternative agenda. I don't know if they make more money off of the other boosters but someone willing to get the shot to protect themselves and others should not be turned away for any reason especially $$$$. I went there today for a scheduled appt. to get my booster vaccination. Almost an hour after my appt. time still waiting! Nobody said anything as to updates, problems, or concerns! I finally asked for my vaccine card and left!! The worst employees ever!!!!!

I went in for a walk-in flue shot and I was turned away and was told I had to make a appointment online. Well there no way to make a appointment online and Meijer pharmacy website said flue shot are walk-ins and no need for a appointment... So I tried to call them to set up a appointment just in case if the info is not updated/wrong. Well I was hung up on 2x.. Very rude and unprofessional . Needless to say i will never go back to Meijer's pharmacy. Wish i could give 0 stars or negative star review.

Long story short...this pharmacy is the worst run outfit I have ever seen. Rude...unorganized.....and has no knowledge of the inventory they have on hand or the lack of. And then tell the customer when they tried to transfer the script because the meds were not coming when they said they would be in and then the customer runs out waiting for them to receive it, that you screwed everything up by trying to transfer it....what!!! Last time I will go here I will drive 20 minutes to the next town.

Was not able to get flu shot at 4:30pm on a Saturday with no one else in entire pharmacy area except the 3 people working. Even though the website says flu shots available for walk in OR appointment, I was told I would have to have an appointment and come back during the week.
