The staff provided excellent customer service and expert guidance for my out-of-state refill of a controlled medication. Despite potential challenges, the team at Stevenson promptly filled the prescription and coordinated with my doctor’s office to ensure a smooth process. I am very grateful for the Stevenson, MI, and Green Bay, WI, locations, which have consistently been a lifesaver—especially during the shortages at Walgreens!
When issues arise with insurance requiring pre auth, order is ignored, and nobody is notified of an issue. If you ask a question to try and fix the miscommunication, expect very rude responses back. Update turns out: the issue was with pharmacy, and they just refused to help.
Been using them for nearly 10 years and have zero issues. Staff are always professional and helpful. I’ve always gotten my meds filled in a timely manner.
