Been using Bath Meijer pharmacy for a little over a year, the staff is outstanding in both service and friendliness. Knows both my wife and my names. Always a smile on their faces.
Do not ever use the meijer pharmacy in plainwell they are very rude and even lost my prescription then just tried to blame me for not knowing what this prescription was for so they could find it,it was my first time getting this prescription so i didnt know what it was-anyway they are absolutely horrible do not use the pharmacy!!
I visit this Meijer 6 days a week and have been for 8 years now. As a business owner, I need a lot of fresh produce daily. I recently had an altercation with a worker there when she told me I wasnt allowed to buy more that one head of lettuce at a time. There was not a limit # per customer anywhere to be found in the produce department. Correct me if Im wrong, but I told her that I was in a store, and that these items were for sale, and that I should be able to have as many as I want as long as I pay for them. GOOD FOOD AT LOW PRICES MOST OF THE TIME NICE FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHEN YOU CAN FIND ONE BETTER SERVICE DOUING THE WEEK
They are terrible with returns. I bought a pair of steel toed work shoes that cost 70 dollars (the highest quality brand). I wore them for a few days and they caused a lot of pain in my feet. I asked Meijers to return them or even get store credit. And they told me that they dont care, they dont want to take them back, and that I should try to call the manufacturer to see if I can get a refund. I ATTEMPTED to inquire if a credit card had been turned, that I may have been left at the checkout. I called TWICE to be blown off by the servivce desk. The first time I was told they did not have time to check on it, and the second attempt I was told that they were not sure. I eventually had to DRIVE there to simply inquire. Come on Meijers GET IT TOGETHER!
This locaton never has enough lanes open during busy hours. I usually have to go early in the morn. 6 or 7 am or late at night 11pm or midnight to get decent service. **Does have great prices on food and HBC products.
