Every single time I’ve had to use this pharmacy, I’ll get multiple texts about my prescriptions being ready to pickup. When I get there, without fail every time they have to reprocess the script, and make me come back later. This time it took 4 trips to them just to get some trazedone. Not only did that happen, but they ran my card without using my insurance, forcing me to come back in person AGAIN just to get cash because apparently they can’t refund a card on file. Professional time wasters. Not worth sending a script here. All staff were apathetic and couldn’t care less. Claimed my script couldn’t be received or filled. Literally any other pharmacy is a better option. Pro Tip: I called back to the urgent care I just went to and asked them to resend the script to the CVS inside Target in Okemos. Picked up my script 5 minutes later… Much better option than the nonsense you deal with here.
By far the worst pharmacy in the area especially with basic communication. Have to be told to do simple things like “look up insurance” or worst case scenario, call me before you just assume I don’t have insurance…? Also incapable of informing people when their meds are ready, instead you must visit their app yourself to check. In 2026 an auto text doesn’t exist? Then you have LESS THAN 6 days to retrieve your meds or they take them off the shelf. They advertise 10 days but it’s apparently 6. Kroger pharmacy is 110% better.
