Literally why would you mark a prescription as ready for pick up when it won't be ready till tomorrow? Nothing like sitting in line for 20 minutes just to be told that.
Nothing about this pharmacy is good. Slow staff, long wait times. The only pharmacy in the area that closes at 8 pm.
I went to buy athletes foot creme. They were out. Who are the idiots that say...hmmm... ' I wonder why those sell out, and nothing else does' ? Wake up... It's because it's more effective than the others. Hard to imagine the priorities... And also how do they stay in business. You know it happens everywhere in the store... That's just stupid business mentality. How much do they lose because they don't pay attention. Does any one think that the red cross acts just like Meijer or other retailers...oops ... Pharmacy is terrible. I am quitting this pharmacy because I have 3 scripts, we started calling to try to confirm all 3 scripts were ready because when I arrived to pick up the 3 scripts, they never would have all 3. I would have to go back for 1, then 2, then whatever. If I could rate it negative stars I would simply because out of 20 times I was told I could pick up all 3 of my scripts, I NEVER was able to pick up all 3 scripts at once.
