Staff can be rude.
Let me start by saying I would recommend filling your prescriptions elsewhere. The amount of issues and miscommunications I’ve had with this location are just ridiculous. Calling the pharmacy does not help get the prescription correct the first time around as most of the people who answer are only half listening. When you call to have someone assist you with filling a few specific prescriptions over the phone only to have one completely other one filled that wasn’t discussed instead IS ridiculous. Denied me of my morning dose medication until they could contact my doctor to confirm dosage is correct despite having previously filled the exact same prescription more than once, as recently as last month. Whether it's the pharmacist or the pharmacy's policy, they should not be denying my doctor's personalized prescription based off generalized information they found online. My opinion of Meijer has certainly tanked because of this situation.
