The pharmacist who was working the afternoon of Thursday July 24 has been nothing but disrespectful and condescending in literally every single interaction I’ve ever had with her. She also withholds my medication, making me wait an additional day whenever she happens to be the one working when my prescription is sent to them.
Used to be good but not anymore. Couldn't figure out how to use my prescription insurance. My express scripts app says generic and name brand are both $11 for my medication and has the price at meijer foe exactly that. $11 is what I've been paying for the past 3 months at walgreens. Just switched to meijer and they tried to tell me $88. They tried to say $11 is generic. I tried to show them in the app one says generic and one says name brand. Both are not $88. There is one specific pharmacist at this location who is extremely condescending, unprofessional, and flat out rude. The rest of the staff seem very friendly and helpful but this one specific pharmacist is enough to bring the rating down to 1 star. And she is the reason I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
