Waaay better than Walgreens. Fast. Friendly. Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy.
The Meijer Pharmacy is totally down and has been for more then 24 hours (started 8/14) and can't make or receive phone calls. They also can't receive prescriptions based upon my Dr. office getting mine sent back. Based upon customer posts on their Meijer Facebook page they can't use their pharmacy registers either and it's more then one store having these issues. This pharmacy is so frustrating! I get a message that my prescription is ready on Monday, I approve and pay for it, I get a scan bar to use in their drive thru, I come on Wednesday to pick it up and the tech tells me it’s been shelved. I ask if it can be filled and she has to get the pharmacist who tells me after 10 days it has to be shelved. Staff tends to be inattentive. This pharmacy always seems out of stock of commonly used prescriptions, and the pharmacists have no cares about retaining customers. I will not be using Meijer pharmacy after 5 years of being a customer.
I switched over to Meijer Pharmacy after the debacle at Walgreens and Cvs. Everything was going fine until they deleted their app on June 30. They just lost me as a patient! I will be pulling my medications from this pharmacy and going to Smith Pharmacy pharmacy in Little Chute. I refuse to use a webpage to order my medication’s!
