My husband was on a ventilator this week. Discharged to home with 3 prescriptions for a nebulizer. The pharmacy didn’t fill it telling me it needed prior authorization. We thought she meant from the doctor. So 3 days later I called back and found out my husband had to physically come in to sign a form.
