The pharmacist today 7-1-2023 refuses to fill a prescription for a muscle relaxer because he feels it's not safe with Tylenol. I haven taken this for chronic pain and muscle spasms since having back and neck issues that render me helpless if not controlled. Please Boycott this guy. He is crummy. Update-7-7-23 Neck is trash due to spasms cannot turn my head. Transferred every prescription to CVS. REPORTING PHARMACIST -MIKE PHILLIPS- to the corporate office.
The pharmacy tech Jacob seems intent on as being as unhelpful and smug as possible. My script was sent over early because I lost my meds while out of town. I show up to pick it up and he says they have nothing for me. I said I called my doctor because to confirm they sent it, he tells me “we didn’t fill it because your insurance won’t cover it since you weren’t due for a refill yet.” That isn’t their call.
