They are so busy. All the time. They need more employees working in the pharmacy.
I moved to Mount Clemens late 2023 and started going to Meijer pharmacy just to find out a couple months ago that they never charged my insurance after I provided them the information. I wouldn’t have even known except one day my script was only $30.00 instead of the usual $60.00. The old grey haired pharmacy tech closed the drive through after I had waited in line and just waved goodbye. I was there before 8pm and she didn’t even speak to me just waved and walked away! I went in and she decided to get into a yelling match while I was complaining to the cashier who was willing to help me . I told her to stop talking to me and she said that I was threatening her! Luckily…I recorded the whole thing but…Meijers what kind of people are you hiring?!
