The pharmacy tech Jacob seems intent on as being as unhelpful and smug as possible. My script was sent over early because I lost my meds while out of town. I show up to pick it up and he says they have nothing for me. I said I called my doctor because to confirm they sent it, he tells me “we didn’t fill it because your insurance won’t cover it since you weren’t due for a refill yet.” That isn’t their call. I love Meijer pharmacy. Very helpful and friendly. I feel they do there best to meet your needs.
The pharmacy managers are great, they hv always made sure I had my meds on time and when I had to leave town I never had to wait for my meds to be filled. My prescriptions hv always been ready with in the hour of the day to be filled. Thank you miejer pharmacist for always working with me to hv what is needed.
