Absolutely unacceptable behavior to customers picking up medication. The guy working today needs to get an attitude adjustment.
Able to update my vaccines
I told Sav I only wanted a certain amount put on my credit card. She heard me. I put my card in and she charges the entire amount to my credit card instead of the initial amount I told her. She then goes, "I guess it charged the full amount." Seriously? Please learn how to properly operate a register before running it. Thanks for the headache.
It really depends on the day what you are going to get. Seems to be a hiring/training/standards problem. But the Walgreens across the street is worse.
