Mei is my go to massage therapist in the Bay! Her presence is deeply grounded and attuned, and she listens to fascial tension beautifully. As a body worker myself I have much respect for how she holds her craft!
Fantastic deep tissue bodywork. I regularly get deep tissue massage where I live, but had not found someone in the East Bay area until I happened on Mei's practice this week. Looking forward to returning when I am back in town.
Breath focused intuitive practice, mixed modality deep tissue massage focused on trigger points and knots and actually sticking with difficult spots, not an elbow forward practitioner. Her services at market price for Bay Area bodywork end up being a great deal compared to others at this upper echelon of practice for 50% more.
Mei is an incredible bodyworker! I have had several 90 minute sessions with her, and she intuitively works out all the tension and tightness from my body in a really gentle, smooth and very deep way. I also really enjoy the cupping, I feel like it gets into ever deeper stored somatic tension. And I can not state it enough - it’s so good to have Mei come to your house! Highly highly recommend!
Mei is such an amazing massage therapist. Don’t let her petite-frame fool you, she has hands and arms of steel and will work out those knots, bumps, tightness, aches, etc. and make you feel like butter afterwards. Your body and soul will be grateful for her masterful massage work.
