Bought a mattress worth $390 from this store. After just 10 months, it started loosening and sinking badly. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked about the warranty, and the owner clearly said they would replace it if anything happened within 3 years. When I called to report the issue, they completely refused to help and said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing customer service and false promises just to make the sale. Be careful before buying from this place.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought a bed from this store, and just three days after assembling it, this issue started. I realigned it multiple times, but remained ineffective. I called the store, and they said they would come and check it, but nobody ever showed up. When I called again after four months, they said it was made with “China material” and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Very bad service and a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this store.
