I called on Megastar to transport 2 motorcycles for me on short notice. I highly recommend them with a 5 star rating. The drivers Adam and Mike were prompt, professional, and notified me as soon as delivery was made. I had my payment receipt within 24 hours. Communication and customer service from start to end was excellent!!

Called at 10:37pm for a tow near Knott and Lincoln in front of Planet Fitness. Asked if he's available to tow a friend's vehicle for one mile. Quoted $100 up to 5 miles. I gave location and vehicle type and even texted location just to confirm. Waited 40 minutes before calling them back to ask for an ETA expecting someone to come. They did not pick up when I called. Quick to respond, professional, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. The driver was friendly and made the whole situation way less stressful. Pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable towing service!

Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Adam had our car loaded and on the way to its destination within an hour. He knew how to get our 2022 Kia Telluride into neutral and parking brake turned off without turning on the engine, which was critical since our car lost all of its engine oil for some reason. Thanks again Adam. Make sure you call him if you are in a pinch!
