Small theater, seats are uncomfortable for what they are. The height for ledges are made for the tallest people and couldn't see the bottom 4 inches of the screen. Previews never showed up before the time movies starts. When the previews did show in for new upcoming trailers a lot of the trailers were just snap shots. The only trailer that was full trailer was for toy story 5. Cashless place, not a big deal. Not what I expected from a movie theater. A run down AMC still is better than this particular mega plex.
I bought a luxury ticket and my seat didn't work. I went into ticket area and they said to pick another seat and that one also didn't work. I gave up and just watched the movie. Just to know if you buy a luxury ticket it may not work.
Luxury seats were amazing, concession lines were very short, service staff was attentive and professional.
Great interaction with the employees. Everything works great and we had a very enjoyable experience. The best thing about Megaplex is their consistency.
