I'm a student with shoulders like rocks, but after a session with Megan it's like regaining full use of my arms. Definitely would recommend for anyone who has just suffered through a finals season
I have been exercising regularly for some years now, HIIT & weights, resistance training etc but had never had a sports massage before.
