Lash quality is really poor. I just got my lashes done here last week. I will say it was a calm environment but not at all very clean. Lashes started falling out as I walked out of the appointment. Standards and terminology are also not the same here.
The quality of lash provided is poor and I lost a lot of my natural eyelashes through the "shedding" process. The place where the service is provided is not very Covid friendly aside from her kind of wearing her mask. Small small space, no place to wait, my appointment was set however upon my arrival she informed me she was 45-60 mins behind schedule. No courtesy call to customer to avoid inconveniencing them and honestly the price doesn't match the service provided. I will not be returning and pray my natural lashes grow ba... read more
