Very disappointed!! They promised a double decker bus - that’s what I had booked but ended up going in a normal bus. I had only booked a bus instead of any other means to experience the double decker. And I had trouble checking my luggage in the bus at the moment & the old men started saying they’ll not let me on board & that I need to put the extra weight in the garbage bags & they started rushing me instead of telling me that stuff in the garbage bag will go with us as well, created a lot of confusion & chaos!

Same negative experience - both drivers were terribly rude on the M20 at 21:30 on 6 May, from London Victoria to Glasgow (I got off in Edinburgh). I booked the bus 13 minutes prior, so by the time I arrived at the bus, it was 6 minutes to departure. The driver was also telling me I had too much luggage and forced me to pay an extra £10, even though it's £5 on the website because he also forced me to put my carry-on in the hold, even though I had valuables, including my laptop in there. Traveled from Glasgow to London on Friday 11th April on M20 coach departed at 9.40 am. This is the first time travelling with mega bus but I use city link weekly from Edinburgh - Glasgow snd always praise the cleanliness of the coaches, so I thought with mega bus belonging to the same company I expected nothing less.
